Additional info & updates

So...this process didn't work out for me so well this year. The only place I got in was WSU and I decided I'd rather not go into debt to go there. I'm retaking the LSATs and will try again. I know I can do better on my LSAT

We have similar numbers. I added you to my watchlist. Best of luck on your apps! -BE

I agree it'll be very interesting to see where we land up and if where your name falls in the pile affects a decision. Let's hope it doesn't and we both get some acceptances that we want! ps- I just got a letter from CWLS today saying my app. is complete, but they're going to wait for my fall transcript to come in.

I landed up getting rejected from Chapman, because I didn't turn in the waitlist slip. so don't worry, if you turned in your slip you'll just be waitlisted. honestly, i just don'tcare for wl. it's like, i've seen a lot of people get accepted after the semester starts and I'd rather just go somewhere that wants me off the bat.

I'm just curious to see if you've gone and talked to one of the advisors at Western State. You probably received an email from them saying they'd like to get to know you and ask people to reply back or make an appointment to see their advisor. As for me, I went to see my advisor and I think that may or may not have helped me get accepted. My advisor told me even though obviously, it's the admissions committee have the final say, the advisor lets them know that you stopped by and had a little chat. I guess that sort of shows them that you are really interested. If you haven't done so already, I suggest you try that. I know times like this can be really stressful. Good luck.

I think you will get in if they said you have a good chance. My numbers aren't the greatest as you can see but they still accepted me.

Congrats!

Congrats on Western State. I'll be going there this fall...unless somehow I get into Loyola or Pepperdine (not likely for either). I wanted to stay home and it's a commutable distance. Hope you hear more great news.
