Additional info & updates

11/9 - Accepted to Iowa via E-mail. I'm very happy to have an acceptance to a solid program this early.

11/11 - Accepted to Washington & Lee via E-mail. Very cool. Supposedly a great place to attend law school.

11/17 - Accepted to Kentucky via E-mail. I went to Lexington once in college, it was a good time.

11/23 - Accepted to The Ohio State University via E-mail. Here we go now Big Ten.

12/2 - Accepted to Cincinnati via E-mail. I could make friends with Votto and Chapman! I also received a large white envelope from UGA today and thought for sure it was an acceptance. It was just a catalog...some nice photos though.

12/3 - Accepted to Kansas via status checker.

12/10 - Rejected by Illinois via E-mail. First rejection. So I'm not invincible?

12/18 - $6,500 per year from Cincy. I don't think that's going to do the job.

1/3 - Waitlisted by Minnesota. I'm a little disappointed, the school was a great match for my interests. Probably will not ride it out though.

1/13 - Accepted to L & C with $15K per year. I might have to go check out Portland.

1/18 - $20,000 per year from W & L if I keep a 3.15.

1/28 - Waitlisted by Notre Dame. Not cool.

1/30 - Waitlisted by Vanderbilt.

2/5 - $11,000 per year scholarship from OSU if I keep a 2.5.

2/6 - About $12,400 per year scholarship from Kentucky.
Also waitlisted by CU (I'm getting killed lately).

2/7 - Withdrawing from the waitlist at CU, Notre Dame, and Minnesota. Good luck to those that have also been waitlisted and are going to ride it out.

2/10 - Accepted to UGA today. This is one I've been waiting for, so great news! Also accepted to Tulane. It's good to hear from two southern schools on a freezing winter day.

2/11 - $18 per year from Iowa. Here we go now Hawkeyes! Must stay in top third.

2/22 - Tuition equalization from UGA. Also waitlisted by Indiana and withdrew.

3/15 - Beware the Ides of March...waitlisted at William & Mary, withdrew immediately (if you won't reject me than I will). Also accepted to Arizona awhile back. Still waiting for waitlists from North Carolina and Emory, and a rejection from Wash U.

3/21 - UGA gave me a few more dollars. $15,000 to be exact...just makin' the decision more difficult!

Well I received the final rejections/ waitlists that I was expecting. Cycle complete. Feel free to e-mail me with questions.

Congrats so far. I am at UGA for undergrad. Unfortunately, I feel I am a few points shy of a legitimate shot and continuing law school here, but wanted to let you know that Athens is great and UGA Law seems to have a great alumni system that hooks their students up with great jobs. Good luck!
