01/16/08: Starting to check the mail obsessively even though I know nothing will probably be there for another couple of weeks ...

01/31/08: E-mail from Baylor with Dean's Scholarship (full tuition)

02/08/08: Completed an interview with a Georgetown Alum.

02/11/08: In at Cardozo via phone call with full scholarship plus a $5,000 a year stipend.

02/15/08 Rejection letter from Columbia ... not too surprising, probably won't be my last

02/19/08 Georgetown has gone to Decision ... I feel like I could get a waitlist but I will keep my fingers crossed

2/20/08 Waitlisted at Fordham and really upset about it. I do not think that I am in the YP range, I really thought I would get in there.

2/23/08: Preferred Waitlist from Georgetown, not surprising at all. I really wish I had gotten into Fordham, still sad about that one.

2/25/08: Withdrew from Baylor, also got an interesting phone call from Fordham saying that a mistake had been made and that my application was going back to the commitee and I should have a decision soon. Seems like good news.

3/05/08: Email from Fordham admissions letting me know that I am in yay!

3/15/08: $10,000 a year Fordham Scholarship. yay!

3/28/08: Like everyone else, I went to decision at UVA ...

4/2/08: Waitlisted at UVA

4/16/08: Rejected by Harvard and NYU bad day for me but I guess my cycle is over now. Fordham here I come.
