Additional info & updates

Applying to all universities as a mature student. I am 31 yrs. old. Will only finish my undergraduate degree after next year.(if I don't get into law school this cycle!)
2-6-09- Still waiting for replies from all the law schools. I'm starting to get nervous. As a mature student I realize I have to wait a lot longer than everyone else, but still, an early acceptance would be amazing! Would love to know I am going to law school next year. Jealous of everyone who has gotten letters of acceptance already, but congratulations are in order! Hopefully get some feedback over the next month.

2-9-09- Got a letter deferring an admissions decision from Western until I receive my final grades. Sheeet.

4-14-09- Wait-listed at Windsor. Sheeeeeeeeeet.

4-16- Yay!!! My first acceptance!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I definitely feel lucky to have been admitted to some good schools, but I think I might be able to increase my odds of admission at a few more schools by applying early in the cycle next year (I applied quite late this year). Anyway, it's still not set in stone. Good luck to you as well!
