I've always heard that it's generally a good idea not to pester admissions about the status of your file unless there is a genuine issue with it. This is a very busy cycle... apps are up something like 20-40% at most schools. I imagine they're getting flooded with status update requests. There IS a reason they have status checkers, after all. ;)
I was notified via email of my acceptance. The official packet was sent out (says on my status checker) but I have not received that yet. It should come in the next few days. My status just kind of said "complete" the whole time I think. I wasn't expecting a decision until mid-march.

Hey - thanks for replying to my question about UMKC. They must just really move slowly. I emailed a couple of times now to check in on it, so hopefully they will respond. I just want to make sure my app is complete before app deadlines start cropping up in the next few weeks!
