Additional info & updates

3/22/09--Got an email from Steve Jones at Florida Coastal saying I was accepted and that my acceptance package with scholarship info was being sent the next day!

3/23/09--Received a letter from the University of Richmond saying I was rejected! ouch...thanks for sending me stuff every day and getting my hopes up :/

3/26/09--Received a letter from the University of St. Thomas saying I was waitlisted! Thank God...couldn't handle another rejection that soon, although I thought that's what it was at first

3/30/09--Received two letters from the University of Arkansas saying I was accepted and being offered scholarship money! God is good!

4/3/09--Received a phone call from Adam Messner at the University of Akron saying I was accepted. Later received two emails, one of which saying I was offered scholarship money! God can move mountains!

4/17/09--Received an email from Franklin Pierce congratulating me on my admission and saying that my admission packet was on its way.

4/20/09--Received an email from the University of Louisville congratulating me on my admission. I assume that my package is on the way...This was my first choice initially, and it was the first school I applied to...It took them over two months to get back to me, and now I have some good deals on the table. I really didn't expect all this for my cycle, but I'm really excited! God is so good...hopefully, they'll offer a really nice deal!

4/24/09--Received a call from Roger Williams saying I was admitted with scholarship money...Package is forthcoming...I think I've made my decision though :(

5/1/09--It was hard, but I have decided to attend Arkansas. I'm really excited about it, but it was hard to choose between Arkansas and Louisville. Aside from Dayton, Cleveland State, Texas Tech, Mercer, and Arkansas at LR (who all took way too long and I don't care about them anymore) my cycle is DUNZO! :)

5/27/09--rejection from Mercer...3 months later...haha!

Thanks for the congrats on UofA! Are you attending there from out of state? I received a scholarship offer from there, but it is significantly reduced for the second year... so I'm wondering, is it relatively easy to establish in-state residency in Arkansas after a year? Thanks again for the congrats!

Ok, so this is honestly the least of my concerns pertaining to law school, but Arkansas is starting to sound better and better to me (and like more of a realistic place for me next year); it might be an off-topic question, considering I don't really know your interests... But, I'm a huge football fan (I've lived and died Michigan football for 21 years now), but I'd certainly be interested in Razorback football next year, should I attend. Just wondering, is there a reason two of the games are played in Little Rock instead of Fayetteville? And would I get those tickets as a student? Is it far? I understand if you're not a football fan, just wondering, as you are literally the only contact I currently have at Arkansas! Thanks anyways, I think I might be a proud razorback in 2010!
