Hi! They also told me through email and yeah, I also didn't expect it because the web site says only through regular mail and no calls until April 15. Anyway, I got the package about a week later with an invitation to several "welcome" activities that have been going on since February. Btw, the deposit and the acknowledgement letter are not due until May 15 - so i guess they're still making decisions.
I really really hope that they admit you at Newark - I've already made my decision to go to school there. Seems it's the best deal considering the in-state tuition after the 1st year because I'm moving there now. Let me know the updates and best luck!
I actually received my acceptance a few weeks ago- first week of April. I was a bit behind in updating my LSN. I have officially withdrawn though, and decided on Buffalo instead. Good Luck!
They sent me an email, which I thought was strange because they said no decisions would be made via email. The email said they would send me a packet, I'm still waiting for it.
