I didn''t have to submit an abroad transcript because the program was with my school (USC) and the grades transferred directly. But it might be different for you if the school abroad is separate from your college. Ask your university counselors. Good luck applying!
I only did a semester abroad, so I did not have to submit a transcript. All of my grades were transferred back to my home school. I think you have to submit abroad transcripts if you were there for a year or more. I believe you submit it through LSAC the same way you submit your UG transcript. I think all of the info is on the lsac website.
