Additional info & updates

Have decided to keep my numbers secret for now. Will post them later in the cycle. Most (if not all) of the T14 will be a major reach.

11/24: Deferred from Texas...more waiting. Sent a LOCI.

12/03: Accepted to BU by phone call! Nice to have my first acceptance. What a relief!

12/09: Accepted to Wash U by email! Email says that I'm under consideration for the Scholars in Law award.

12/10: Accepted to UCLA by phone call! I was a blubbering idiot when I talked to Dean Schwartz. I think I'm in love with him. 3 acceptances in one week ain't bad :)

12/11: Accepted to Cornell! Status checker said a decision was made on 12/8, and I called the admissions office to see if they could tell me the decision on the phone. The really nice woman at the office said that I was admitted!

1/16: Came back to school to find a bunch of law school mail. Accepted to USC and GW, waitlisted at Vandy, rejected at Mich. Can tell that the cycle is winding down and that I'm heading into WL/reject territory with the rest of the schools on my list.

1/25: Rejected by Georgetown. Decision was made on 1/21 but didn't receive the email until today.

1/27: Rejected by Penn. Decision was made on 1/26, but I didn't log into my status checker until today.

2/10: Rejected by UVA. Also rejected by Berkeley on 2/5. Not surprised by any of the rejections.

2/25: Was rejected by Duke about a week ago. Received a Scholar in Law award at Wash U. $87,000 over 3 years...wow!

3/28: Was accepted to Texas by voicemail on 3/15. Came back to school from spring break to find that I got a $7,000/year scholarship and a nonresident tuition exemption valued at $48,000! Very exciting to have my cycle be over. Now it's time for me to make a decision...

Congrats so far, and good luck on the rest of them. I'm really curious about your numbers. You gotta un-secret them! (And I'm big red, too....graduated in 09).
