UGa Visit
Wednesday, September 30 2009 at 08:00 PM

I think the UGa visit helped me because the admissions office needed some additional information from me and hadn't gotten around to asking me about it. Since I was there for a visit, I was able to sit down with the director and give him the information he needed. One of the things that I learned is that it is hard for the admissions dept to determine the motivations of out-of-state applicants and a visit helps to alleviate some of that issue. If you really are interested in UGa, and you are looking to practice in Georgia or the Southeast after graduation, it wouldn't hurt to visit, take a tour, and ask to speak with a member of the admissions office.
