11/18/16 - Under review at Indiana.

11/29/16 - Under review at CU-Boulder, according to status tracker.

12/3/16 - Took the December LSAT. I feel pretty good about it. I strongly believe my score went up at least a point or two.

12/8/16 - In at CU-Boulder! First acceptance is pretty exciting.

12/14/16 - In at UC Irvine. Also exciting! Quick turnaround.

12/15 - In at Boston College and Seattle U!

12/20 - In at Maurer! Wasn't expecting anything until January and kind of forgot I applied there. But FIRST FULL TUITION OFFER! I'm pretty pumped.

1/3 - New LSAT score: 171 up from 167. Game on.

1/15 - Finally got all my apps in. Thank goodness. Also applied for the UW Gates Scholarship.

1/24 - In at Duke! So happy. First T14 acceptance, and I fully expected to be put on priority reserve because I didn't write a Why Duke.

1/27 - Invited by GULC to interview with an alumni.

1/31 - In at my beautiful alma mater.

2/6 - UR1 at Berkeley.

2/8 - Georgetown Alumni Interview. It was fun and easy.

2/10 - In at Michigan, one of my top choices! Admissions Cat must have liked me.

2/15 - 120K from Michigan. I opened the email and cried on the bus.

2/17 - 108K from BC.

2/28 - In at NYU via status checker (DLS) and ASW trick!!

3/2 - Interview invite at Chicago via status checker.

3/3 - Preferred waitlist at GULC - whaaaaat?

3/10 - Withdrew from GULC waitlist.

3/13 - Held at Berkeley.

3/14 - Chicago interview. Felt clumsy but could have been worse.

3/15 - Duke $cholly interview. Was truly enjoyable.

3/15 - Submitted UW $cholly essays.

3/20 - UW told me I am not a finalist for the Gates Scholarship :(

3/20 - In at U Chicago via status checker! Legitimately shocked after last week's interview. I will continue to think this is a mistake until I receive an email confirming my acceptance. UPDATE: Got the email. I'm in. Unbelievable. OMG.

3/24 - 54K at UW. Still waiting to hear back on Gregoire Fellowship results.

3/27 - 81K at Duke!

3/28 - DLS at SLS via status checker. Inevitable rejection.

3/28 - 45K from Chicago, seconds after seeing my DLS!

3/30 - WL at HLS via status checker. No email though. Accepted WL invite for now but will likely withdraw soon.

4/2 - Withdrew almost everywhere. Got my options narrowed down.

4/3 - Sent in my enrollment deposit to Michigan. This Seattle chick is moving to Ann Arbor!!! I owe everything to Admissions Cat.

4/19 - Withdrew from my previous dream school, Berkeley. I refuse to support an institution that allows sexual harassers to maintain tenure, continue funded research, and avoid charges.

My cycle is (finally) officially over. Go Blue!!

I guess it's not THAT unbelievable, but I got a tickle out of our similarity - GPA, same racial background, LSAT history (also went from 167 to 171 in Dec), also 1-2 years out of undergrad. Best of luck!

Great. Maybe it is time to withdraw from various schools you obviously will not be attending to free up some cash and a seat for the poor souls waiting for responses.
