5/27 - Final tally has been in for a while. Waitlisted at two schools must be equal to the acceptance of one because I was expecting at least two total acceptances and got only one. Denver rejected me...didn't see that coming. It's Baylor for now. No complaints, but it was my undergrad school and I want to be some place new. Still a chance SMU or Pepperdine will take me off their waitlist.
4/22 - Waitlisted at Pepperdine. I guess its not a flatout rejection. This is my first choice. I will hold out.
4/7 - Rejection from Loyola. No surprise. Looks like I won't be in Chicago.
3/31 - I got my first response from a school today. Accepted to Baylor Sping 2009. With my numbers, this is how I was hoping it would happen. Not my first choice right now, but it feels great knowing I can go to a great school.
3/11 - SMU and Loyola applications sent off. I got my dates confused, and as such, the SMU application is grossly overdue. They said it would still be read, but with my scores, I'm not going to hold my breath. Anyway, that completes all my applications. I feel like I should be doing something, but all I can do is wait.
3/2 - Pepperdine and Houston applications sent off. Now more waiting.
2/25 - LSAT score reported, and I just cannot seem to score where I have so many times on practice tests...they told me this would happen. I am going to cut a few of my reach schools, and apply with what I have. I really hope Pepperdine bites.
12/28 - Rather certain I am taking the LSAT again in Feb. I have added schools with the hope that I will do as I expected to do the first time around.
12/21 - After much back and forth with LSAC, I received my LSAT score. Significantly below what I was expecting. I am debating on whether to take the test in Feb. or move ahead with my score. In the meantime I am adjusting my list of schools.
12/01 - Took LSAT test and had unusual disturbances at test center. May have to take February test if score is not acceptable. Several test takers at the center, myself included, filed official complaints with LSAC.
THanks! I would love to go there to but not at full tuition. I'll be withdrawing soon, hopefully they give my spot to you!
