Additional info & updates

I'm a first-time college graduate in my family, and I've known I wanted to practice law ever since high school.

Wish me luck!! =)

[2/3/10] Bummer...firsy rejection today from John Marshall =( Oh well, I still have Mercer as far as Georgia is concerned.

[1/19/10] All apps are in, and the process sure looked easier than it was! Now all I have to do is sit and wait, and *finally* start focusing on graduating from UT!

Just came across your profile & was interested in knowing when you're planning on starting law school?

LSAT

Cookie - congrats on being the first in your family to graduate college! You should REALLY consider retaking the LSAT after studying as much as possible. It's probably best to skip this cycle and apply next year. Schools like Suffolk, for example, are looking for a 157ish score. If you look at past acceptances/rejections, they are running 100% on that median cutoff. Good luck!

Thanks.

Someone proved me wrong about the Suffolk cutoff - he had an in at that school. Good luck getting into the schools you've chosen. Do you think your PS and softs will help?
