I wouldn't bother retaking. That seems like a waste of time, particularly because the LSAT isn't what's hurting you. I'd go to a top school or a school in the region where you want to practice, honestly. And wherever you go, plan on being there for 3 years. Transferring is extremely difficult. Good luck!
