10/14/09 -- Accepted into DePaul! Offered a nice scholarship as well. A great school with a nice IP program. Though, I do want to get out of the city...we'll see. Waiting for more letters.

Waitlisted at WI Madison, U of I, and Loyola Chicago. I must admit, I'm a little surprised about Loyola.

3/21/09 -- I received three letters in one weekend. Accepted at Chicago Kent and Loyola, LA. I was rejected for the fall at Baylor, but accepted for the spring if I reactivated. I'm pretty bummed, because Baylor was my top choice. However, I met with the Asst. Dean of Admissions and asked to be wait listed for the fall. Now, I'm crossing my fingers that enough people withdraw their apps. so I can attend Baylor!

3/29/09 -- Withdrew my app. from Loyola, LA.

5/09 -- Sent deposit into Baylor for the spring.

Hey numbers twin! Its hard to say exactly why i had a fall rejection. In the letter they said that the amount of applications they had was very high for the fall term this year, so it could have amounted to a few points on the LSATs or possibly my essay did not grab their attention. The dean did write a personal note, however, regarding the spring acceptance and reactiviation which i thought was nice. Hopefully you will have better luck with Baylor. I think worst case senario you will be offered a spring acceptance as well, and if Baylor is your top choice it may be worth the wait. Best of luck :)!
