Given the importance of ROI and keeping down debt, if it were me I would take that Pepperdine scholarship and thank my lucky stripes.

You are for sure going to get into some of those higher ranked schools. You have a bright future ahead if you go to a high ranked school $$$. Congrats on a strong LSAT, too!
