good luck!

Love NYC, actually

I didn't love NYU when I visited, and absolutely loved UVA; plus, I really hope to be able to do JAG Corps after graduating (if DADT is repealed), so the JAG school's location right on the UVA campus is a big plus. I also prefer Columbia to NYU, so I decided I'd at least keep one New York school in the running! The point's moot, since I can't see myself taking even a full-ride at UVA over SLS at the moment. Are you thinking NYU is your top choice?

Thanks!

Best of luck on SLS and Boalt. I'm still in shock I got into Stanford, but very excited. If they throw ANY need-based aid my way, I'll attend without question (and probably will even if they don't!). If nothing else, enjoy NYU next year. Not too bad to have that as your fall-back option at this point.
