Additional info & updates

3/31 Decided Columbia is in fact the right choice. Asked to be reconsidered for the fellowship, accepted, and attending.

3/29 Awarded Dean's Scholarship at Cornell, which sums to $120K over three years. It's not particularly competitive with NYU's offer, so I think I'm going to decline.

3/26 Declined Columbia's fellowship. NYU feels the better fit of the two full rides.

3/16 Awarded NYU's Center on the Administration of Criminal Law Fellowship, which covers $41.5K per year, plus an additional $5K per year stipend. Requires two semesters' or one summer's worth of work at the Center.

2/5 Accepted to Columbia in letter dated 2/2. Offered Public Interest Fellowship, which covers full tuition for three years, plus auto acceptance into a human rights internship program during 1L and 2L summers. This is making the process much, much more complicated.

2/1 Rejected at Yale by letter dated 1/27. This actually might make the decision-making process a little easier!

1/14 In at Chicago, via a phone call

1/13 In at Northwestern via e-mail

1/12 Call from Penn: In

1/11 Letter from Michigan: $22.5K/year scholarship

12/17 Just got a call from the dean at Berkeley. In!

12/10 Called up Cornell--decision is accept, with an invitation to apply for the Dean's Scholarship ($40K/year)!

12/9 Decision rendered from Cornell. Now, to wait to find out what that decision is...

12/9 In at NYU, via letter dated 12/1. Looking forward to hearing about scholarships!

11/24 In at UCLA, with a $90K total scholarship.

11/23 JR2! In at Harvard!

11/19 My Michigan status checker tells me I'm at "Decision"... and I can successfully log in to the admitted students site!

11/4 And the G'Town decision (in the mail) was accept.

11/2 Status checker shows that I have a "Decision rendered" for G'town.

10/29 Invited for JR1 at Harvard. So incredibly excited/nervous.

10/12 In at Duke! I had requested they consider me for Priority Track, and they approved my request. Ten days later, I'm in! Not a bad way to start my cycle.
