4/12: UVA "since past normally is prologue" waitlist
4/12: Columbia aid offer of $120,000. Done deal.
4/16: finished withdrawing everywhere except Harvard
6/6: Harvard rejection. No JS1 or LOCI so no surprise there.

My takeaway: everyone's different. Based on my circumstances, my cycle makes sense. Personal fit and geography can account for a lot of what happened IMO.
