I'm probably applying to too many reach schools, but I'm hoping that at least one of them will accept me.

I just added Vanderbilt, Cornell, and George Washington to my already super long list. A few of the schools will get cut once I get closer to submitting apps.

Finished all my apps! It took me so long because I was personalizing all my statements. Who knows if it even matters though...

Just went complete on Duke and Emory...I'm a bit worried that it's so late in the cycle, and I'm only now going complete. It's my fault though I suppose...

With the March deadline tomorrow, I started to panic today. As a result, I sent in apps to two more schools, Fordham and Northeastern. Of course, the late send-in probably doesn't bode too well for acceptances, but it's really for my own sanity.

I got my first acceptance at Emory! Man, it feels good to know I'm going to law school! Props to them for the super quick turnaround.

Boo. I hate rejections, even ones I was expecting...You apply with a teensy sliver of hope, but then they bring you right back down to reality. Anyway, it was probably a good move to apply to so many schools seeing as how things (aka rejections) are going as expected. Right now, I'm really just praying to get into either BU, BC, USC, or UCLA.

Just got into Pepperdine today with money! yay! Up until this point, the cycle has gone exactly as I expected. My personal situation has changed, and now I really, really want to get into BU.

The cycle is complete. I guess it's Emory since they gave me so much money. I'm still hoping to hear positive news from the six waitlists and my one reserve. I'll keep LSN updated with any changes.

It really depends if you would want to stay in the NY area after school. From a senior associate that I work with (top 3 Corporate firm according to vault), if you graduate in the top 50% of the Fordham class you will have no problems finding a job at a top 20 firm in the city. Basically just a step below NYU and Columbia if you stay in new york.

I hate getting the waitlists late...at least BC had the decency to waitlist me right away, with Arizona I had to wait like four months! At this point I'm sick of waiting, so I just feel like it's basically a rejection. Good luck on USC! If you don't get in there, where are you thinking of going?
