Additional info & updates

August 22, 2007:
I'm planning on taking my LSAT in Dec/07 but I really do not want to do bad on the test and I have taken a few sample tests and my score is like in the 138/140s. I honestly can say I have not really studied much for it, but that is a low score to begin with. My question is: If I do study for it hardcore, will my score improve by a lot?? I have heard that the LSAT is not something that you can really study for like other tests. I start today (in 1 hour) private LSAT tutoring! Hope that helps me! If I can be a helpful hand to anyone, just let me know!

STUDY!!!

Trust me... if you get the right materials and realy push yourself, you can definitely improve your practice scores. Powerscore Logic Reasoning Bible and Logic Games Bible are each about $40 on amazon.com and they are so worth it! Get those, NOVA's Master the LSAT if you're struggling with Reading Comp, and The Next 10 LSATs from LSAC. Do at least 10 practice tests, really work through the problems in LGB and review the end of the chapters of the LRB - I think you have a good shot of pulling those scores up! Be blessed :)

i improved by about 12 points from my initial test. After a few months of practice I averaged 157-163. By those standards I underperformed, I guess it all matters what kind of test taker you are.

Just checking in...
