Additional info & updates

I recieved my LSAT score on June 29, 2006 for test I took earlier this month. I'm not pleased with my score, especially since I was practicing religiously for almost two months using about 15 of the most recently released tests (30~45), the LSAT Bibles, and even Kaplan 180. Oh well. Fuck it.

I doubt I'll be getting the first-year scholarships that I was ultimately looking for, and any T-20 schools are currently out of reach. Luckily, the University of Florida and Florida State are my number 1 and 2, respectively, due to their generous in-state tuition discount, and neither are too big of a reach for 3.5+/157. I was also interested in schools on the Pacific coast, but I'm doubtful of my chances and not sure if another $30K tuition bill is what I need right now.

The funny thing is I just finished Planet Law School II (at 830 pages) the day my score was emailed to me. I was finally starting to understand what the hell law school is and why I would actually want to put myself through its bullshit. Everything was illuminated and then I get smacked with a 1-5-7. Isn't it ironic, don't you think?
