11/18/11 - In at W&M via status checker as of yesterday. Very excited. Received packet w/ $22k yearly scholarship.

11/21/11 - In at DU via email w/ $26k annual scholarship.

12/20/11 - Surprised to find GW acceptance in the mailbox since there was no update regarding a decision on their status checker. Nonetheless, I am thrilled to be in.

12/29/11 - Phone call from dean at L&C with acceptance.

1/3/12 - Cardozo dean let me know over the phone that I am officially in w/full ride.

1/4/12 - Received a phone call from Boston U regarding acceptance while at work. Very exciting.

1/6/12 - In at BC via email.

1/14/12 - In at my home state alma mater via snail mail. Certainly happy to see an acceptance.

1/17/12 - In at Cornell!!! Excited beyond belief.

1/18/12 - Email from UCLA letting me know I have been waitlisted. First ding/waitlist of the cycle definitely softened by that Cornell acceptance yesterday.

1/19/12 - First rejection of the cycle from Michigan via snail mail.

1/23/12 - In at Emory and WL at Notre Dame via snail mail. Guess I should have written that "Why Notre Dame?" statement. Oh well.

1/27/12- Got an email containing the good news from USC. Fairly confident I'm in at Georgetown as well, since I can log into the admitted students website.

1/28/12 - Acceptance packet from Georgetown came in the mail!

2/7/12 - In at WUSTL via email. Only a handful of schools left to hear back from now.

2/9/12 - Ohio St. acceptance via voicemail.

2/10/12 - Busy day with waitlist from Texas, rejection from Chicago and Vandy decision on its way in the mail. Cycle nearly over... and this afternoon I get a shockingly large scholarship offer from WUSTL. A difficult decision lies ahead.

2/11/12 - Waitlist letter from Vanderbilt.
