GW mailed the offer to my permanent address (I'm still in ugrad). It came 2-4 weeks after the acceptance. Congrats on getting into GW already and good luck with your Cali schools.
i applied this year with 3.92/166. the best advice is to apply to lots of schools (ie, basically apply to all of the schools ranked 1-30 you would consider attending). you're very borderline at a lot of these kindof schools so if you apply to a lot of them, you'll get into a few
