Extra Curricular Information

This is my second year working for an IP firm that hired me 2 weeks after graduation from Maryland. I am sort of a workaholic, generally have at least 2 jobs. In college I had three at times...crazy I know.

Financed 100% of my education by working full time, just shows that it can be done. I received absolutely no financial aid, graduated with no student loans. In retrospect I should have paid more attention to school but sometimes you just have no choice.

Oh yeah, extracurriculars...mock trial, good times.

Fresh/soph year - district/operations manager at a small retail company that required about 50 hrs a week and a ton of travel

jr year - same company less responsibility, also started waiting tables/bartending

sr year - bartending and waiting tables, it paid off

Additional info & updates

5/1/08 - Very hectic month, nay at UB and nay at FIU, I'm surprised that I got in anywhere after applying so late. Most likely withdrawing my apps before the end of next week. Putting in a deposit for an lsat class and turning in my apps ON TIME next year.

Thank you again for the good wishes and hope everybody has a great first year!

SCRATCH the first paragraph, ironically a big brown acceptance/scholarship envelope from UDC was waiting at home :) I almost paid for my Kaplan class today, holy indecision
The scholarship actually covers about 1/3 of tuition. I really was not expecting this. Will wait until next week to possibly hear from GGU or CW and the definite decision from FCU (which via email told me today will be made next week) but most likely this is it, no need to move and no need to retake the lsat. Woot!
