Additional info & updates

10/13- Took the LSAT October 9th, awaiting my score... meanwhile I'm beginning to compile a list of possible schools... and the process begins.

10/20- I don't have the slightest clue where I want to go... ready for this score to come back and narrow choices down for me.

10/30- I received my LSAT score back yesterday and made the same thing that I did in June. A little disappointed, but God has a plan and it's out of my hands. Time to move on and reevaluate where I'm applying.

11/26- I've completed my list of schools I'm applying to (20), and I've completed the applications, I'm just waiting for my last rec letter to get in and they'll all be submitted. I have one large stretch, and I bet you can't guess which school it is haha.

12/13- My final rec letter was received today and I have begun submitting most applications. I also added 12 more schools to my list to bring the total up to 32. Though this will cost me a pretty penny, I feel like it's worth all of the long shots because a good friend pointed out that I'll never know if I don't try and if I get into just one, the money would have been well worth it.

1/4- Turned in my last applications today. Time to sit back and watch...

Scholarship amounts are in 3 year totals

Howd you hear about the USD scholarship? did you apply or did they just give it to you? Im hoping to go there and need some scholarship advice. Goodluck for the rest of your cycle and congrats so far.

Great job!

Your score is amazing, and you are right about God and his ultimate plan. I hear, if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans. I guess that means, because he has one for us, and as much as we like to think we are in control, our control is limited. Especially for me, with my low LSAT score. I would have LOVED to have had yours, just so I could get into some of the schools I've applied to. Now, I will have to ride out the cycle, and wait and see. The great news is that this is a second career for me, and not life or death, like it can be for some of the candidates fresh out of their undergrad. But gosh, I truly had everything planned out, and we will see what happens to me. I congratulate you on your success this cycle. I'm especially jealous of your Wake Forest offer and scholarship! Gosh! Keep us posted!
