Im Lina Maria Aristizabal, an author, wellbeing educator, resilience coach, and former classroom teacher. My journey through brain injury recovery after a concussion in 2018 has shaped the work I do today. Navigating the challenges of post-concussion syndrome, I used the tools of wellbeing science and insights from Positive Psychology Books to rediscover purpose and joy, which deeply influenced my healing and inspired me to write one of the best Brain Injury Books called Raise Your Head Up, a practical guide for others facing similar challenges. Im passionate about sharing these insights through the Learn to Thrive program and Thrive courses I co-created with Revive and Thrive Wellbeing. With a background in Applied Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Resilience Training, I guide others in finding fulfillment, even in the face of adversity. When Im not helping people on their wellbeing journey, youll find me camping under the stars, crafting herbal remedies, or exploring lifes curiosities here in Toronto, where I live with my partner, Juan.
