Additional info & updates

Full $$$ offered at Hofstra, St. John's, and Seton Hall (although Seton Hall lost my app (I applied October 15th!) and then called me April 20th asking me to reconsider my decision and go there instead of Temple, which is somewhat poor form IMHO).
Temple, Pitt, and L&C all offered me 7.5k a year, and since Temple was really my target school it all worked out. L&C is a lovely place though, really beautiful campus, just a bit of a commute for me ;)
