Congrats on your cycle. We have similar numbers so I wanted to ask, please don't be offended, if you had any disciplinary actions. I have some and am trying to figure out if it will hurt my chances of acceptance.

Congrats on Mercer! Question on your status checker - did it go straight from "file complete-ready for review" to "accepted"? Or was there an "under review" step?
