congrats on all of your success this cycle; looks like you're doing really well. are scores are pretty similar and we applied to many of the same schools. are you from CA? and what school(s) are you leaning towards as of now?
Yeah, I'll prob be at Hastings next year. I love that school and LEOP is such a great program. I'm currently on hold at both Northwestern and Cornell and would LOVE to get in to one of those. But if not I'm happy to go to Hastings. Maybe I'll be seeing you in the fall!
Congrats on WUSTL - I got in yesterday, too. where do you think you're gonna go?
It's such a tough decision, isn't it?! I agree about STL but I've been in CA my whole life so want a change for a while. I know so many people in CA that if I REALLY want to come back I probably will be able to. We'll see. Have you gotten financial aid letters from either school yet?
I just got the SIL scholly from WUSTL, too. It's over 20k/year more than Hastings offered me. Plus, if you factor in cost of living (a 1 bd apt in SF is, like, $1600 vs. $650 in STL) I think I'll be in WTL next year. Maybe we'll be classmates afterall.

I'm glad you liked the visit. I feel the same way - I just can't imagine spending 100k to go to a lower ranked school, even if it is in the bay area. I'm still waiting to hear from USC as well, but they'd have to give me some good $$ for me to turn down 99k at WashU. I'm sure we can make the most of St. Louis! I hear Forest Park is lovely.
Thanks for your advise on TLS. Have you heard from USC? They waitlisted me. At this point I'm just waiting to hear back from Cornell. Otherwise I think I'm WUSTL-bound. I can't get down with 216k of debt. That's just craziness.
Sooo...what'd you do? The Hastings' deposit was due yesterday. Did you submit or are you going to WUSTL?!? I have until May 7 to deposit at Northwestern but I'm still leaning toward WUSTL.
