In at Georgia via USPS ... 12/11 offered in-state tuition for 1st year ($16,850) with eligibility to establish in-state residency for 2nd and 3rd & $7,500/yr scholarship

In at Ohio State via phone call & USPS ... 02/12 offered $12,000/yr scholarship

In at Baylor via email & USPS ... offered full tuition

"Held" for regular decision at Texas via email ... 03/11 waitlisted via email

In at W&M via USPS ... offered in-state tuition ($10,200) & Graduate Fellowship ($4,000)

Received scholarship offer letter from OU via USPS before I even received my acceptance letter...weird ... offered in-state tuition ($10,000) for all 3 yrs, and a 1st yr scholarship ($5,000).

In at Alabama via phone call & USPS ... 01/06 offered $25,000/yr scholarship

In at Indiana via USPS ... offered full non-resident tuition

In at W&L via USPS (very thin letter; thought it was my 1st rejection) ... 2/13 offered $15,000/yr scholarship

Rejected by Northwestern via email (directed to status checker) ... they waived my fee rather late, so I was unable to have an interview -- which is apparently very imporant for them (and only them).

5/11: second deposit to SMU paid via online payment. (due 6/1). Even though I have a full ride I still have to pay deposits, then wait months to get them refunded.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am officially a part of the SMU Law Class of 2012.

6/1: financial aid package completed. Received a $5712 state grant, and am eligible for $12,888 in Stafford Loans ($8,500 subsidized, $4,388 unsubsidized).

6/20: the state lowered the maximum grant amount to $3808

hey, my status online checker said that I was being considered for ED even though I think I submitted it quite a bit after the ED deadline. No mention was ever made of it either. I'm in-state with high numbers for Texas, so it could just be a quick turnaround. Good luck!

Did your online status change once they had made a decision at SMU? My status went from "application received 11/21" to "application complete 12/15" today so I'm not sure what that means
