My family and I had one of our best travel experiences ever, all thanks to the amazing staff at the British Airways Skopje Office. We were traveling from Skopje to Toronto via London, and since it was our first international trip as a family of five, we were a bit anxious about the details. From the moment we walked into the office, the representatives were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They helped us find the most suitable flights based on our kids school schedule and even guided us on choosing flights with the shortest layovers. They made sure we understood the baggage policies and offered tips for flying long-haul with children. One thing that really stood out was how they handled our seat assignments. They made sure our seats were grouped together and placed us closer to restrooms and the galley for convenience. The extra care they showed for our comfort truly made a difference. On the day of the flight, everything went smoothly as they had promised. Pre-boarding assistance, kid-friendly meals, and even activity packs for our children made the experience seamless.
