Additional info & updates

I am planning on practicing public interest law, so rank is less important than minimizing my debt. I am a splitter with solid work experience, so I plan to apply to a broad range of schools.

10/2/20 - Admitted to Akron with really reasonable tuition and 60% scholarship.

10/17/20 - Admitted to Penn State Dickinson (Carlisle) via email with a full ride! It's guaranteed for all three years with no special conditions, other than maintaining good academic standing.

10/22/20 - Admitted to Maine Law with a full ride, no conditions other than good academic standing! The Dean of Admissions called to notify and congratulate me.

11/6/20 - I received my acceptance email from UCincinnati, with scholarship info to follow by mail. UC is my first choice, so I am anxious to see the offer.

12/4/20 - Accepted to both Michigan State (phone call) and Chicago Kent (email) with 60% scholarships.

12/9/20 - Accepted to Duquesne (scholarship to follow) and Quinnipiac (60% conditional scholarship). Accepted to Drexel with a 60% scholarship, with 2.95 GPA condition. I also received a full ride from Roger Williams, with a 2.5 GPA condition and admission to Honors program.

12/12/20 - 10/10 with applications and several full rides, so I applied for a couple more reach schools (Minnesota, Michigan and Chicago).

12/14/20 - Received scholarship from Duquesne (70% - 2.0 GPA requirement only).

12/16/20 - Rejection from Cornell (shocker lol)

12/21/20 - Accepted at Temple, but no scholarship info mentioned in the email. I contacted admissions via email and they said if there was no mention of a scholarship, then one was not being offered.

1/14/21 - Accepted at Cleveland-Marshall with a 60% scholarship, no conditions. The tuition is low, so this is a definite possibility.

1/29/21 - Waitlisted at Buffalo.

2/12/21 - Admitted to Case Western with $$.

3/17/21 - Rejection from U of Chicago.

3/19/21 - Received an unsolicited scholarship increase from Duquense to a full Dean's scholarship.
