just got accepted to depaul too. congrats. did your scholarship info come in the same packet as your acceptance letter?

I know you've got some good schools left to hear from. Out of the ones you've got, are you leaning towards IU-B or GM?
Yeah - I'm pumped about U of I, but I need to check out the area before I commit - we've got a baby on the way, so I don't want to live in a hole. I'm checking Champaign-Urbana out this weekend, and hopefully it will make us feel comfortable enough to make the move there.
My letter wasn't solicited.
Indiana was pretty aggressive with recruiting me.. they made me an initial scholarship offer that was about half of what I have now, and then paid for me to come out for two different weekends and meet with students and staff, etc. They basically converted me from having little interest in the school, to almost definitely attending this fall. Best of luck to you with whatever you decide.
