Decision at Michigan-I am pretty sure its going to be a rejection, but I still have my hopes up!

1/12/07
Two small envelopes from South Texas and St. Thomas arrive. Both were acceptances...
~$17,000 a year from St. Thomas
~South Texas should be sending me fin aid package in the next two weeks or so.

At least I am going to law school. Now its just a matter of waiting on the rest of the schools and deciding which one.

Three days in a row! I couldn't ask for anything else...in at Emory!!!

1/29/07
A rejection from NW to cool off the Emory celebration...

02/06/07
Call from Loyola Chicago! Acceptance package is on its way.
~$9,000 a year

02/12/07
Waitlisted at Notre Dame. Not sure if I should continue trying there. I think I would like Emory better, especially since they are similarly ranked.

02/13/07
In at U of Houston. I found out a couple of days ago by e-mail from a student organization but I got the official letter today!

March
Rejected from UChicago and UTexas...UT hurt the most. Waitlisted at IU and George Mason. I am about 85% sure it will be Emory, though I am curious if I will get a decent financial aid package...this may sway my decision.

March 21
~18k a year at Emory as long as I am in good standing. Not bad!

How did you get so many fee waivers?

Sorry about the Michigan rejection. I got one today from them as well. It just sucks we had to wait so long for it. Hopefully you will get into some more schools and Michigan will only become a distant memory. Good luck with the rest of your apps.

I did plan on going. I've never visited their campus before and I haven't been in ATL for more than a day so I am really excited about it.
