Harvard: I never got a phone call (could it have been to my school number after I got back for Christmas? update--yes, it was on the answering machine), but on Friday (12/22) I got a box by mail with the admissions letter and a binder in it.

Columbia: Returned to school to find large envelope announcing admission and Hamilton, and larger envelope with admissions binder.
