Worked 20-30 hours per week sophomore, junior & senior year, so my on campus extracurriculars were very minimal. I did compete in one national debate competition my senior year.
Will have 2 years of WE by the time I start next fall. Also, my WE during and after school has not been that strong, but has shown a sustained commitment to a 'feel good' non-profit cause, which I wrote much of my personal statement about.
