Additional info & updates

1/10/17 - Applied to George Washington Early Decision and got rejected from both early and regular decision...I'm surprised how quickly they turned me down.

1/11/17 - The rejection made me paranoid enough to apply to several schools with lower admissions standards: Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Ohio State

1/13/17 - Irvine's JD/Masters in Forensic Psychology is very attractive to me...hopefully their Masters' Program gets back to me soon

1/20/17 - UC Davis...a local and decent school

1/24/17 - U Colorado...a cheap school with a good criminal law program.

1/25/17 - I'm starting to think that I should have reached higher and perhaps applied to some more T14 schools. However, the good thing about these admissions is that I can use their scholarship offers as bargaining chips with UC Irvine

1/31/17 - Iowa...a high ranking school with low admissions standards because presumably few people want to go there

2/1/17 - Darn, UCLA would have been at the top of my list if they accepted me

2/9/17 - so apparently U Minnesota leaves voice mails for admissions, not emails

2/14/17 - best scholarship offer yet from Indiana. Very fast too! Offer sent over email, not regular mail

2/15/17 - very impressed with Indiana's admissions dean leaving me a personalized phone message. It actually sounded like he genuinely read and remembered my application

2/15/17 - add Ohio State

2/24/17 - Got placed on the Priority Waitlist from Georgetown. Great school, but not sure if I can afford to wait around. They probably aren't generous with scholarships either

3/17/16 - Waitlisted from USC and Boston U on the same day. Figured as much - most of the recent decisions have been waitlists. They probably won't be too generous with scholarships. It's probably mostly down to Georgetown, Minnesota, UC Irvine, and Indiana

Congrats on great acceptances! Too bad UCI isn't as generous with scholarships
