Hi. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your dream school. I applied for the 2007 cycle and for personal reasons I had to put it off for a year. Actually, I never got a response from SMU and found out when I re-applied that I was waitlisted. I took the LSAT again before applying the second time and got one point better. They didn't take me for the LSAT score for sure. I've got nearly 5 yrs professional experience in adjusting and that involves a lot of law. Also, I'm in the part time program. I'm not sure I would have been accepted to the regular program with my LSAT score. It is just too low. Well, good luck applying again. You could always start at another school and transfer. I know of several people who started at TX Wes and transfered and graduated from SMU. -Martha
