I think it was more of a snowball effect than anything. They made some small mistakes with my paperwork, then would not claim responsibility when I tried to correct them. Finally, when I did get to visit (from 1200 miles away), they finally admitted the mistake but I simply did not feel welcome. I'm originally from the area and I felt that Villanova was a good hometown choice but it was not a great experience compared to the VA and NC schools that I visited. I don't think you should make a decision based on what I have said because I do know people who have gone there and loved it. It's in a great location and job prospects are good. You should definately try to visit if you get the chance. Feel free to ask me more questions but I really think that my views are unfairly biased because of one negative incident.
