Additional info & updates

I visited RWU on 2/13/09 and met with the dean of admissions in addition to sitting in on a class.

On March 7, 2009 I will be attending the FPLC for an admitted students day.

On March 38, 2009 I attended the admitted students day at MSU.

On March 27, 2009 I met with the dean of admissions at Suffolk, who recommended that I switch my application to the night program. On March 30, 2009, I switched my application to the night program and was accepted on April 1, 2009.

April 1, 2009: STILL waiting on Quinnipiac. I filed my application with LSAC on October 30, 2009 and they didn't note my application was complete until February 23, 2009 (which is odd since everything was unofficially completed in October). End of March they indicated they had so many applications that it would still be a couple of weeks.

I didn't hear back from Quinnipiac until MAY even though I applied in October. I was not impressed with their management of the application process. They do not even start reviewing applications to January and it appears that they may have misplaced my application.

On June 22, 2009, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the Dean of Suffolk. After I registered for classes in the evening division, I was offered a spot in the day division, which was what I originally wanted! :)

You inspired me to switch into the night program for Suffolk. Hopefully they'll give my app more of a chance now. -crosses fingers-

Thats awesome, any idea about orientation? Are the night students on a diff schedule for orientation? Just curious I guess...there's some facebook groups with a few of the others on here who have accepted (if you do the facebook thing)...either way, good luck!
