So happy to have gotten the admissions letter from Pace...big thick white envelope of love...Humm that sounds kinda dirty :) Just wish they had showed me some money...oh well...here's hoping for need-based aid.

FCSL major back-up school...now I can withdraw...acceptance came in small thin white envelope...not very convincing...they either didn't copy edit their viewbook very well or were too cheap to reprint, but in somewhat large letters on first page, "...palced..."

Still waiting on Hofstra and DePaul....

3/17- Called Pace got FinAid info...not so good. Will appeal to admissions board for merit based aid

3/18 Received letter from Franklin Pierce inviting to apply. Fee waived.

3/20 receive email from Hofstra invited me to admitted students program and to apply for travel assistance...I am guessing that means I am in...I got another email on Wednesday(3/22) but still no admit packet.

3/24-In at DePaul- Came home to a large white envelope....12k, renewable, have to maintain 3.3... They like me, they really like me!

3/27- I feel super bad for the mail guy, my mailbox was STUFFED. Update from Pace. Acceptance packet from Hofstra with 12k renewable scholarship, have to maintain 3.25 and they sent me a teeshirt...DePaul only sent a magnet :p

Now I have decisions to make...I thought I had, but now I am unsure. I also think maybe I sold myself short???

The scholarship was in my admissions letter. I also recieved the info for the public intrest scholarship a few days later but I did not include it on the board. Best of luck!
