I began to apply this week. I'm extremely nervous.
Southwestern and Chapman have emailed me letting me know that my file will be complete in the next two weeks.
Let see what happens:)

I received emails from Chapman and Santa Clara, my application is now under review. I checked my status with Southwestern, and my app is also under review.
The lady from Admissions at Chapman emailed me today. She wanted to know if I wanted to submit another letter of rec. They are so friendly at Chapman and they respond very quickly to emails.
I'm crossing my fingers:)

I received confirmation emails from Santa Clara, Chapman and Southwestern stating that my app was complete and under review. I haven't heard anything from the rest of the schools I applied to. It Makes me a little worried, or perhaps the anxiety of having to wait for a decision has gotten to me. I'm staying positive:)

This week I spoke with La Verne and Thomas Jefferson. I was a little concerned that I had not received a confimation of my apps. La Verne and Thomas Jefferson both informed me that they do not send out anything that indicates that they have received an application.
When you call admissions @ Thomas Jefferson you will probably get voicemail. Don't discourage, they do call you back! The lady from La Verne was not very friendly:(
Still waiting for decisions:)

Got accepted to La Verne with an $18,500 a year scholarship! Once again, Thank G-d:)

I am officially going insane;) The process is driving me crazy. I check my email 20 times a day and I check this site way to often. Now that I got that off my chest, some updates. Two weeks ago I received an email from Southwestern. They provided me with a link that had some financial aid forms I needed to fill out. They also ask that you sign up and fill out another form with NEED ACCESS. Need Access provides loans and scholarships. Back in January I received an email from Southwestern that said I was invited to their diversity/admitted students day. I hadn't applied to Southwestern when I received the email so I viewed it as a good sign. Since that email I haven't been invited to anything else:( Maybe they saw my application and thought ahhhhhhhh maybe not.

I'm trying to be as detailed as possible in my updates because this site really has helped me, and I hope I can help others in this stressful process.

I got my rejection letter from Loyola, it was to be expected. I knew Loyola was a huge reach with my numbers. But with bad news comes good news, I got accepted to Southwestern and Santa Clara. It took Southwestern forever to give me an answer, I think the admissions staff got tired of me calling to see what had happened to my app. I was a little scared that it was going to be a rejection, but no :)
I called California Western and they are extremely friendly, and they apologized that the process was taking so long...wow. I was shocked by how nice and helpful they are. The lady at admissions informed me that I will get my answer next week.
I'm going to decide which school I'm going to when I have heard from Cal Western. I'm going to write down the pros and cons of each school and I'm also going to keep in mind how much money I will receive from scholarships from each school.
I already started packing, I can't believe that I'm going to law school!!!

I got an email from CAL Western informing me of my acceptance!!! I'm happy that I got accepted. Also this marks the end of my cycle...finally, it was a long journey.
So now I must decide.....ba ba baaaaaaaa!
