hi there! I am from neither shanghai nor beijing. i'm a chengduer. Unfortunately GWU doesn't offer me any scholarship. I really like that school, but can't afford to go there without a scholarship. I have emailed the admissions asking for scholarship. Hope this is not unheard-of. Best of luck in the last bit the application season!
