Additional info & updates

Reflections at the end of the cycle:

1. I shouldn't have applied to so many schools. I did so because I had two LSAT scores and school were being ambiguous about whether they'd just look at the higher score or average. I think pretty much all of them only looked at my 168, but I had to hedge my bets. Applying to 15 schools made the decision harder and cost me some bucks.

2. Advice to future applicants: apply early! I applied EA wherever possible and was in at Georgetown by Thanksgiving.

3. Numbers are very important. After my first LSAT, there was no question I was retaking. This made all the difference in the world. Desirable numbers are doubly important when it comes to getting money from schools. If you can do better by at least 4 points, retake. I think this will become the norm with the new policy. I'm glad I could apply during the first cycle under this policy because I bet LSATs will be inflated across the board, especially in the t14.

Scholarship amounts are per year.
