Worked full time throughout my undergrad. Worked 2 jobs to put myself through paralegal school. Graduated first in my class at my ABA acredited paralegal program. Interned at the Department of Justice, worked as a paralegal at both a boutique firm and a large firm. Volunteered for the Dane County Courts in Wisconsin, volunteered for the Red Cross and Habitat too. Did I mention that I did all of this while being a single mom?! If only my undergrad gpa did not SUCK!!

Additional Information
Decided on new years day 2010 to apply to Law School. It was a mad rush to take the LSAT and get all of my apps out so quickly. I wouldn't recommend it, but it appears to be working. I will be an L1 next year!!
Stetson status checker says decision made decision mailed 4/12/10. There are no amounts in the seat deposit section, so I guess the best I can hope for is to be wait listed. Damn.
FSU and Richmond are both reach schools for me so I guess my cycle is almost done.
4/16/10 waitlisted at Richmond. I am shocked!! I didn't think I stood a chance. I almost didn't open the envelope. As I took it from the mailbox I said to my daughter, "Mommy just got her first rejection."... I never imagined being waitlisted could make me so excited :)

I still don't have a seat deposit amount on my status checker, and I was accepted with a scholarship. So, don't worry about it.
