1-10-10: Acceptance letter from Pepperdine. First letter of acceptance!

1-11-10: Rejection letter from Fordham. About what I expected, thought maybe I would get waitlisted.

1-25-10: Acceptance letter from Tulane. Second letter of acceptance!

1-25-10: Rejection letter from UCLA. Definitely a reach school so not too disappointed.

1-28-10: Held for further review at SMU.

1-30-10: Acceptance packet from Tulane came today. Scholarship is for $7500 a year.

2-1-10: Decision rendered at Loyola (LA). Said I would receive the decision in the mail in a week.

2-4-10: Acceptance packet from Loyola (LA) came today. No scholarship.

2-15-10: Letter from UVA telling me I have been waitlisted.

2-19-10: Rejection e-mail from Duke this morning.

Your GPA is rock solid and your LSAT is not what most would call "terrible"...yet your cycle has been what I would describe as lackluster. I'd highly suggest you plop down $1000 or $2000 and hire a personal statement adviser, a resume writer and review your letters of recommendation. I think the above 3 things have killed your cycle because your LSAT/GPA combo is pretty good. Do the things I suggested above and apply Early Action / Early Decision and I can almost guarantee you'll be in a t-25 or maybe even a t-14. Good luck!
