SLU Scholarship - $87,000 spread over three years (would end up having to pay around $30,000 total).

OU Scholarship - $10,000 each year to make it in-state tuition and $2,000 each year in addition (would end up having to pay around $54,000 total).

Mizzou Scholarship - $17,600 the first year to offset out of state and $51,000 spread evenly over the 3 years (would end up having to pay around $3,000 a year assuming I get in state tuition after the first year).

Texas A&M Scholarship - Just said full tuition and fees scholarship. Valued at around $84,000

I saw your post on another applicant's page asking about the interest in A&M. I think it's a safety school. With 160+ LSAT, TAMU should be a slam dunk.
