personal statement

Don't mention your low LSAT score in your personal statement! Your personal statement is to highlight your attributes and to explain why you are going to succeed in law school. Just write an LSAT addendum to explain your score. Also it is helpful to give your ACT or SAT scores from high school. If they are also a bit lower you can go with the "standardized tests DO NOT accurately predict how I am going to do in law school. For example if you look at my ACT score of _______ you can see that I still received almost a 4.0 in college!" Something like that. DON'T be discouraged. I think you will still get into some very good schools! Good luck!
