11/18: E-mail from Pace- Acceptance. Financial/ Scholarship package coming in mail!

12/9: E-mail from BU stating that my application will be reviewed in regular decision instead of ED.

12/10: New England School of Law posted on Status Checker that my decision is being mailed - should be received within 7 days. It shows deposit dates for when I can pay so I am guessing I got in!

12/12: Call from New England got in & got a Dean's Scholarship!! (will post this info once i receive packet)

Scholarships are based on three years!

12/16: Boston College (11/27), UConn (11/8), & Quinnipiac (12/3) status checkers = "application is under review"! Hoping for the best!

12/17: Scholarship packet from Pace came in the mail!

12/20: E-mailed rejection from BC.

1/7: Quinnipiac's status checker changed to "Decision mailed." Deposit dates and amounts were also included. Received e-mail acceptance! Scholarship package arriving in mail.

1/13: Scholarship package from Quinnipiac came in the mail!

1/17: Letter from Quinnipiac regarding an interview to enhance my scholarship!!
Interview increased scholarship to $25,000 per year.

1/22: E-mail from UConn- waitlisted

2/10: Roger Williams Status Checker changed to "Decision released" it shows deposit dates and says I should receive my decision within 5 days via mail.

2/12: Phone Call from Roger William on acceptance and that they reduced their tuition and I have a 50% Tuition Scholarship.

2/15: Received acceptance packet at information session for University of New Hampshire. 15,000 per year in scholarship and possible increase.

3/21: Accepted to Northeastern via e-mail, status checker, and phone call!!!!

3/27: Accepted as one of the 8 students to the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program for the University of New Hampshire!!! Also, increased scholarship to 20,000 per year!

4/13: It was a difficult choice but submitted my seat deposit for University of New Hampshire. Also, staying on waitlists for UConn and BU!

Thanks Jabotch! Northeastern emailed me saying the decision was rendered and it said to check status checker. There, it has the decision and a link for the acceptance letter and scholarship details. Nice job with the New England Acceptance. That's a nice scholly!

I think it must have gone out that week. I wasn't home between Friday and Sunday of the following week, and when I got home there was a very nice handwritten note from the faculty member I interviewed with and a separate letter informing me of the increase. I'd give it a week or two depending on how far away you are. Also, don't forget I lucked out and got to meet a dean of admissions and a faculty member in my specific field of interest. If your interviewer had to discuss your interview with someone who didn't actually have a chance to talk to you then that might delay things by a few days.
